Sure, I've done the trainings (so many trainings!) and have the credentials. And after coaching countless women in the past 8 years, I've seen just about every eating struggle out there. But that's not why me.
Why me is because I've been exactly where you are.
I've eaten to embarrassing levels of discomfort, hated what I saw in the mirror, and promised myself this is the last time - only to do it again...and again....and again.
I've lived the exhausting loop of shame, guilt, self-loathing and trying to "fix" myself. I've tried willpower, dieting, fasting and "detoxing".
